An April goal!

Wow I can't believe I've actually logged in three days in a row. Yippee! The small things get me motivated. Any who I have decided enough of this not sticking with what I know I can do. So I am committing that for the month I will challenge myself to loose 10 pounds. I'm shooting for two pounds a week. That means I have to exercise and eat balanced meals.
I know I can cut back 7000 calories a week . I know I can. So I go to sleep tonight and dream of what I will do tomorrow to get to my 2 pounds down on Monday. That's my weigh in day. I'm eyeing a pair of pants in my closet that's calling my name.
