Okay, so I started a juice fast today, but I have modified it a bit to what I think would be healthier for me. That way I am not loosing any of the nutrients or fiber. I am also having lean meat dinners with loads of veggies at dinner and a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. I feel like that would be a lot healthier then just plain juice, specially considering that I am doing it clean out my system of the toxins and to loose weight. I am also not going to be doing a lot of exercises, just about 5 minutes on the rebounder a day to keep my lymph system flowing.
I bought a TON of fresh fruits and veggies at the farmer's market today. So I am going to be cutting and peeling and dicing fruits and veggies allllll day! lol! But it will be good for me.
Oh, and I am doing it for 7 days. I am planning on doing this fast once a month and slowly go back to solid foods again, but only healthy foods.
