This is pretty exciting this week, I add W1D2 to my new running schedule with plans on a 5 km race in July or August as well as Zumba classes on Thursdays for the next 10 weeks. I reached another goal last Friday. To my surprise, I lost 4 pounds in one week and made it to my 20 pound goal for April. I was afraid of hurting myself with too much weight for my running program. I felt amazing after my first race. My daughter Maggie was my coach and really made me strive for excellence.
The key to my happiness seems too be challenges in the outdoors...I'll get new running duds for the race:)
