Today I'm going to stay in my range. It's only one day, but one day is all I can handle right now. If I can do it today, then I will try and do it tomorrow.
This morning I skipped the gym because I didn't get to the grocery store over the weekend, and we had NO food in the house. Tonight, I will go to the gym instead of choir practice. I've decided that it is too hard to be a mom and a musician at the same time, plus go to school. :(
Also this morning, I set up a new strength routine. My legs are sore from my ride yesterday! So I added some ST for legs and core, plus all my upper body stuff I always do. I'm gonna shoot for 2X weekly. I always thought since I use my legs so much when I do my cardio, that I didn't really need ST for lower body, but yesterday I was proven wrong.
I didn't make it out to run or bike this morning, because it was raining. I probably should've gone after getting groceries, but when I got home my kids were starting to get up. Once they're up, forget it, I can't do anything.
Well I have to get everyone out the door for school, then I have my own classes today. Have a great Spark day. :)
