Another Monday!

Today's goals:
1) Eat smaller portions throughout the day.
2) Run at lunch.
3) Trail ride after work.

This week's goals:
1) Back to basics for food control.
2) Work out at least 30 minutes a day (no every other day)--Find your True Grit!
3) Do vlogger's challenge.

    I like that you do video blogs :)

I would love to workout every day too but I also think it's important to give yourself a day off to recover. I workout 5 days a week right now. I think I would love to do more though but right now its ok. I know it's hard to eat smaller portions too. Remember snacks :)
