Getting that spark back

I am so off track right now it's not even funny! I have never blogged before but figured I'd give it a try. I have not exercised or tracked my calories in a month & I keep saying this week I will start over but I don't. I'm too tired to exercise so I need to make changes in my bedtime routine. I hate to cook & I'm a picky eater so it's hard planning my meals..ugh! Are these just excuses? I don't know but I need to make some chamges real quick! I think I'm going to start from the beginning when I first discovered SparkPeople.com. I was so excited & ready to make a change. Hopefully I can get that motivation back...u know...that SPARK!!!!!

    Make the changes you can do then see how you get on with the harder stuff!
Try to drink all the water, you'll feel better and possibly fuller. Small steps but the journey begins
