Well it's time to make another entry in here. I have been working out since November 1st last year and I have kinda slowed down. I have only lost 6 pounds which I think there is something wrong there. I have lost around 13 inches over my whole body. I was expecting to go a little quicker. But I am still working at it. I am going to do toning and sculpting and core training for the next couple of weeks and hope I see and improvement in my weight. I have seen that I have gotten muscle where it wasn't there before. So I will keep it up. I am also doing between 4 and 7 miles a week. That I really enjoy. Write again soon.
