Goals for this month :
1. Track food everyday.
** This is very hard for me. I usually eat on the fly and just try to make healthy choices. This month I'm going to try following the food plan and hope that makes it better.
2. Try and convince hubby to follow his food plan.
** We have agreed to lose weight together and inspire each other to be healthy. We want to make a healthy family. Problem is that we have a fundamental diffrence on the way to lose weight his way stop eating my way eat smart. See the problem? lol
3. Make time to workout on the morning.
** I am not a morning person. Pair that with the fact that I have three young children to get ready and 1 off to school, I have no time in the morning. But if I don't o it in the morning it will ever get done. When I try to get it in at night I can't give it my all and often end up frustrated. This month I'm going to switch it up.
4.Work on the housework.
** I hate cleaning like with a passion. When it was just me it wasn't so bad. But with three children I find myself cleaning all the time but still falling behind. It drives me insane. Then today I saw a study that said thin people often lived in cleaner house than fat people because they were more active. That should be me.Don't excatly know my plan yet but I will figure that out.
And also I really want to find a fitness buddy. Someone to help keep me accountable and work out with. I hate working out by myself it's so quiet.
But thats's all for today folk. Have a great evening and avoid that extra dessert. As we speak I'm telling myself I dont need an apple pie an apple plain is just fine :)
