Can you believe 3 months have gone by in the new year?! Seems impossible. It's been 5 years since I lost my weight and made myself a priority. I'm happy to say that I have been maintaining nicely. Even though I work 40-45 hours a week and have a husband and son at home to take care of, I still find time to get in my weekday running/walking. I record my workouts on a calendar and as I was marking March 31st I noticed that I have not missed a day this year. And believe me, there were some days when I had to squeeeeeeeze them in! I feel better when I'm on track and I can even occasionally go over on my calories and not see a weight gain. BONUS!!!! So here's to the next 3 months of a daily routine and a continued journey to.......ME!!!!!
