Feeling like a flipflop

I still feel like I need a little coaxing onto the healthy lifestyle wagon. I really should have blogged after my work out. I had a different mindset.

DH notified me that he is depressed again and has been for the past two weeks. Which means my life will be far from easy until he gets out of his funk. I should have known. His only chore isn't getting done. I am having a party next week end, and the house looks as bad as it did two weeks I spent the previous two week ends deep cleaning four rooms of the house. Why maintain my hard work?

That is what took my positive mindset away. So, now I am listing 3 good things,

I ran for more than 10 minutes straight.
Lily got me a birthday card, because it was pretty. Obviously, she did not read it (really because she can't read, she is only 3), the card says "For a Wonderful Daughter..."
I rearranged the girls room So, I got my cardio and strength training in today :)
