This week I am going to try new exercises. I found the on demand fitness channel on Comcast and it has belly dancing, kettleball (Jillian Michaels), Zumba and my love - Leslie Sansone's walking, plus so much more. It's going to be different discoveries everyday. I hope this revs up my weight loss, makes me stronger and uses new muscles that I haven't stretched before. Wish me luck!
