Speaks for itself. I have not paid attention to what I am doing, not been tracking, and sure enough, I've gained back 15 pounds from my lowest weight! GRRRRR!!!
I am not giving up. I know there are going to be backslides in this thing. I am not going to beat myself up for this, I'm just going to fix my mistakes!
Track my meals, drink my water, eat my veggies, and get back into my exercise routine of doing at least 10 minutes a day whether I feel like it or not. I'm not going to psych myself back into just saying the hell with it and gain it all back!
I'm starting by being honest here. OK, here I am, and here I go!!
