Saturday, April 02, 2011

The wonder food. Did you know that honey is still used in aboriginal societies as a wound dressing? It's anti - bacterial, microbial and fungal capacities are phenomenal. It is perfect for folks with GERD, ulcers or other gastric disorders, helps aid digestion and keeps the intestinal flora abundant. www.benefits-of-honey.co

THERE IS DEFINITELY A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HONEYS: THE FLOWER IT'S CULTIVATED FROM, THE REGION, CLIMATE, MINERAL COMPOSITION OF THE SOIL AND WATER CONTENT. THESE THINGS WILL CHANGE THE NUTRITIONAL VALUES AND HEALTH BENEFITS OF THE FINAL PRODUCT.

Honey helps feed the 'good' bacteria yet it's anti-fungal properties keep candida at bay. An interesting paradox but such is Life
