Still sticking to it

I started working out before joining Spark so this actually makes 5 weeks of an improved diet and exercise routine.
Not the longest I've stuck with things - but it's getting there. But tracking time is a problem - Instead of approaching this with a 'goal with an end-date' attitude I need to approach it with a '5 weeks since I changed' approach.
So: It's been 5 weeks since I made some changes and I'm seeing results.
