Yep, I have bloated tummy syndrome at the moment and it's annoying at best. It started when I switched back over to my cutting regime about a month ago. I cut out the carbs because I'm cutting fat. I got rid of basmati rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta...so I'm not sure if that has had something to do with it.
I eat whole foods and mostly raw foods and before this bloated mess I was going to the bathroom three times a day and I'm used to that and have been doing that since I began my weight loss journey. I no longer work toward weight loss because I don't need to, but I am working toward killing my body fat.
I did some reading and I think that I may need a detox to get rid of belly toxins. I thought I was detoxing naturally (by eating raw and plus eating whole foods period and not all of it is raw), but I'm thinking I have some major toxins in my tummy, parsites, bacteria that needs to come out. I thought about doing the Master Cleanse for 10 days to see if it would move out that mess. I drink 96oz of water per day as well so I'm not lacking in that. I'm thinking that toxins have taken me over because my skin is not the best and I suffer from adult acne now and it's horrible.
Anyway, I'm going to be going through a serious detox for the next 10 days starting Sunday if I do decide to do 10 days of the Master Cleanse. I'm at a point where it's not cute being thin and rocking a gut. LOL! Pray for me ya'll.
I'll report back what I did and what my results were in a couple of weeks.
