I am going to start the 30 Day Shred today. I have been working out regularly the past few weeks but now I need to get my eating under control too. I really love the Jillian Michaels workouts... more than any other videos I have done. Hopefully I can finally lose the 0 pounds I gained from quitting smoking. If I can quit smoking, I can do anything... so goodbye 40 pounds!!!
