Biggest Loser

Well, I am about a week in & I have lost about 2 lbs. I have to say, I really haven't been doing anything different other than starting to eat better. I really have to get moving because I know that I need to burn calories too! At least the weather is getting better so I can start taking walks.

    In my experience, exercise makes me stronger but only less, and better quality food, makes me smaller. Keep up the good work! emoticon

    Diet is 90% of this, so you can lose weight without exercising as you see. Exercising is great for a number of reasons, but I'd put the burning calories pretty far down on the list.

    WEll you are off to a good start. Get active! Track food intake! YOu can do this. Stay motivated and stay healthy emoticon
