HEy! You should check out this download (you can d/l it free) and listen through a good set of headphones. It feels like the music is moving through your head as it shifts.
Unfortunately, I started doing this to relax at night and now it's like Pavlov's dog...I hear it and try to meditate and fall asleep!
You meditate to clear you mind and stop thinking for that amount of time right? Its very hard to stop thinking but it feels so good when you do it.
I have to get back on track in every way. How many push ups are you at??
