I am going to push hard in April to reach new/old goals! I am going to be stricter with myself and I am going to finally break into the 160's!
I am going to stay in a 1400-1500 calorie range! (Easy with Sensa's help!)
I am going to get a lot more protien on a regular basis up from 60g to 100g at least!
I am going to get back on a regular schedule with my exercising!
I am going to track it all on SparkPeople!
I am going to increase my average steps per day(10,000)!
I am going to increase my daily burn via my BodyBugg (2400-2500)!
Start Weight = April 1st = 173
End Weight Goal = April 30th = 165
Goal Weight = 160 (Giving myself till the end of May)
Just posting this as extra motivation, so somebody will know that I am still here and still working hard!
