So this weeks plan is quite a bit tougher 1 min runnning becomes 2 mins a eek could I tell.
I felt as thought I had the heaviest legs in the world ! It certainly slowed me down, however on the positive side the 4 minutes recovery dropping down to 3 minutes didnt seem to have too much of an impact. I was coming in a little short on 2 minutes about 10 secs so I am almost there, I should be able to improve by 10 seconds next time though !
Today my legs are a little achy so I am thinking that instead of the cross trainer I might do yoga - I think some extra stretching would be a good thing !
ohh and whilst I am thinking about it ... the scale even showed a small move in the right direction so the leg ache is defnitely worth it.
