Okay, so I'm starting to get the hang of this clean eating. I'm not all the way where I would like to be, but I'm making progress. I am trying to find a balance between eating clean and eating foods I really like. I think part of the problem is that I eat the same things over and over. i get bored easily so I need to explore more clean eating cookbooks.
But I definitely don't see myself giving up on eating clean, even after i reach my goal weight. When i eat clean (or semi clean for that matter) I feel good, my skin clears up and my nails are stronger. But like I said, I'm no where near where I want to be. I have a ways to go. But by getting ideas from others and trial and error, I'm sure I will get there soon!
