It took me until March to get some consistency and dedication to this lifestyle change I am so desperately seeking. It took me getting mad at me for my many moments of weakness. I started the month doing the Daniel Fast which was pretty good but after a week I faltered. I got back up and kept chugging. I exercise an average of 5 days a week. I ate better and worked harder. I have lost a total of 6 pounds and I feel great. Anxious to keep it up in April. I know that the more I am engaged with SP the better I do. I have even been tracking my food. I am on a roll and don't ever want to fall.
