Well I did it I made and am posting my goals. Hope to hang in there and do them all.
1. Get back to the gym and go 4-5 days a week
2. Work out to my PS3 Personal Trainer at least 1x a week
3. Get back on track with my life.
4. Take 60 minutes each day to relax do what I want to do.
5. Reach 1400 fitness minutes:
6. Take 30 mins each day to listen to one of my hypnosis cds; or an hour to listen to both
7. Get 8 hours of sleep daily
8. Drink 64oz of water daily.

10 Eat a healthy breakfast every morning
11. Pack lunch every day for work to save money
12. Eat 1 piece of fruit daily and/or drink a V8
13. Walk 5 miles per week
14. Save $240 for braces:
15. Get weight under 165
16. Type up all recipes onto Word Doc
17. Stick to my debt reduction plan and help Chris stick to his
18. Donate unwanted movies and books
19. No more than 2 drinks per week
20. Go to farmerís markets once a week for fresh fruit/veggies and healthy snacks
21. Cash and deposit tax checks (hope to get them soon).
