...and it wasn't too difficult. The first minute is by far the worst the others are ok. Even on my cross training days I have either erm cross trained or been skiing and one day i did a yoga class. I seem to be gaining energy from out of nowhere. Yesterday was a cross training day and the weather was lovely - I was actually a little disappointed to be training in the house i wanted to go out and run - for the sake of my knees and making sure they get some rest i resisted the urge and did a few extra minutes on the cross trainer instead.
Today i will start week 2 and typically it is throwing it down with rain, if it does not stop i will head to the gym and run there instead.
