A new day...

Thursday, March 31, 2011

Wide awake looking over to the clock....4am... mind working 100 miles an hour! Last night I was sitting at the computer and a dear friend through our spark family had left a spark mail message... I have been gone for awhile... I had reached my goal weight and decided if I could step out on my own. I have kept my goal weight, I work hard to keep it! And don't get me wrong I am very proud of that goal.... BUT, I need the nutrition education and support that I get here. Plus, not counting all the friends I have found with spark. I need you all! I appreciate you all. I am so glad to be back, and I am thankful to the spark members who stay loyal to this site... cause New Caz? You kept my mind coming back here where I need to be... you are my mentor on this site and I will forever be grateful! I beat the fight that I was fighting with my health and I am back to keep going and to keep healthy. Hugs to you! DJ

This site has provided a support that has seen me through some really rough times over the past year. Without the friends and support here, I would not have made it and for sure would not have stayed on track. I have yet to reach my goal weight, but I am sure I can get there soon. People like you have made the difference so I understand where you are coming from. So glad that we have been able to returned the favour.
