Well, I am into my first full week of working again after 3 months. I officially rejoined SparkPeople in January of this year, about the time I was laid off from work. I have missed 2 scheduled cardio days and 1 ST day. I see the need to make a few adjustments to my workout schedule.
I will not make Sunday a cardio & ST day instead of Monday. (That you may have known from my last blog "Good and Bad News") I am also deleting Tuesday as a cardio day. I may need to increase cardio minutes from a minimum of 35 on S, W,TH,F, & Sat to at least 45 minutes. That may be difficult in the beginning. I'll probably have to increase little by little. I will see how this works for the next week and a half.
Flexibility is a must to being consistent.
