Run Keri, Ruuuuuun!

So I desperately need to get back into the running groove and I have absolutely no idea where I should begin. I haven't run since last summer so I know that my endurance is gone. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone done any of the C25k programs out there? It seems like such a daunting task, starting over from scratch when I used to be able to run at least 4 miles no problem :-(

But I WILL get started again, I want to run a 1/2 marathon in September so I have something to work towards!

    I'm going through the same thing right now! I was looking at my old training logs from a few short years ago where my long "slow" runs were 5.5 miles. Now I'm starting from scratch with SparkPeople's 5K Your Way program or whatever it's called. And it's hard! And I'm slow! But I can feel the strength coming back to my legs. Back when I started running (the first time!) I did Cool Running's Couch to 5K program and it's awesome! It feels pretty easy at first, but stick with it because it gets harder but do-able.     You've run those miles before so you KNOW that you can do it, don't let the distance seem daunting!! Unfortunately, I don't have any good tips on getting into running...I just kind of started going here and there without much of a "program" for it, but I will be here cheering you on all the way!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!
