Day three was another success! I feel great about it and my body is thanking me! So here's the recap:
No alcohol: Check!!
No Chips: Check!!
Drink only milk or water: Check!
Work out 7 hours this week: didn't get a work out in, but I woke up this morning and hit the gym to make up for it!
Eat between 1300-1700 calories: Check!
I didn't hit the workout goal, but I did make up for it this morning. I am working out again this afternoon too!
I'm about to get TOM, so I'm feeling a bit bloated, but even with that, I lost another half lb yesterday! I'm sure most of the weight I'm losing is water weight from all the binging I was doing, but it still feels good to see that go!
Today's plan:
Breakfast: egg whites on toast
Snack: clementine
Lunch: salsa chicken tacos, yogurt with strawberries
Snack: apple and string cheese
Dinner: turkey burgers with potato salad and baked beans. No not the greatest, but we are having a cookout and I'm doing great getting the turkey burger in!
My fitness for the day is:
Elliptical for 45 minutes this morning.
45 minutes Cardio Blast DVD
Coaching for an hour.
