So, there are 40 weeks left for 2011 including this week. I am planning to lose a pound a week for the rest of this year. That means 40 pounds down and it puts me around 120. I weighed that much in 2002 and it lasted about 2 months. This time, I will be in 120's by end of this year and maintain the weight forever.
A pound a week loss sounds very realistic to me. Let's just go for it!!!
Update: April 1
Today I weigh 174.6 lbs from binging 2 days straight. So, if I lose 40 pounds as I planned earlier, I should be weigh in 130's by the end of this year not 120's. That's okay as long as I reach my goal, which is losing those ugly, bad 40 pounds of fat.
Update: May 2
Today I weigh 174.6 lbs same as a month ago. I was down to 166.6 last month at one point but the wt came back. So, no wt loss in April and now I am more determined than ever to lose some wt.
Update: June 2
Today I weigh 176.6 lbs. Gained 2 pounds. Wrong direction
