After using the nutirtion tracker faithfully for ten days, I let three days pass without tracking. Today, I logged everything I ate. Total calories 1248. And walked 9568 steps.
The calories weren't all healthy. I ate (and logged) four mini donuts -- 110 calories each. Sometimes, I just crave sweets. I came across some information today that eating more omega 3s helps to stop the craving for sweets and carbs. Fish oil and flaxseed oil are both rich in omega 3s. I have some flaxseed oil in my fridge, so I have a strategy for tomorrow. And omega 3s also are very good for skin.
Affirmation: I fuel myself for a high=performance zest filled life.
