Thank you everyone for all of your positive feedback. I really apperciate and it makes me feel that I am not alone in this weight loss epidemic! I have noticed that working out four hours a day is definitly doing to much and making me extremely fatigued. So I have cut down to 2hours and 5days a week giving my body 2days to rest. Also instead of realying soley on the scale, I have now done my measurements so I can check those results every month. I do know that something that is probally moving me further away from my goal is what I am putting in my mouth. Food is still a challange for me even three months in this program. I have decided to follow the Spark People weekly eating plan. Wish me Luck. & to all of you out their have a blessed and succesful week!
