Good Day Sparkfam! Well it has been an almost healthy day for me today. I dragged myself up from my bed & did Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30DVD I'm on week #2. Surprised I haven't quit cause I hate to do the same workout everyday but its good training for the workouts to come.
Here is a break down of the food I ate & will eat tonight for dinner. I will try to get in 30more minutes of Zumba or kickboxing. I need to burn some serious fat. lol
Oatmeal milk & 2pcs of honey wheat toast
Yogurt & apple
Campbell's Soup & Rice
Salad w/tomatoes, red onions & cucumbers
A fork full of beef short ribs
Wethers Carmel candies
Mini Reese cups
I told you guys it was an almost healthy day & also I added cream butter & sugar to that oatmeal. Oh & butter on the toast. Old habits die hard. lol
