So I havent posted for a little bit, of course I have my same excuses.. I am too busy i dont have time i dont look presentable to to a vlog.. But again they are all excuses!!! So here it goes... a written blog.. by me.
Today is 3/29/11 and I have been on my program with Greenlite Medicine for 2 months now and here is my current breakdown:
Start Weight: 190.5
Current weight: 160.2
Goal weight: 150.0
So i only have 10 more pounds to go and i can smell it.., i want to be there i want to be done. Now i wont go back to my old habits like eating junk and yummy foods like ice cream and pasta till i pass out.. I will stick to my meals that I eat now just a little more food and variety. Now what I am super surprised about is that I am not tired of the food i am eating. However it is a pain to find food when i am out and about.
I picked up Spinning this last couple of weeks. I was bad last week and only went once cause i had a cold a didnt want to infect everyone. So this week I WILL go 3 times. I went yesterday and planning on going Wen and Thurs. So I hope to see results. When I went 2 times 2 weeks ago I lost 4.6 lbs and when I went 1 time I only lost 1.2 lbs. I need to up it if i want to hit my goal THIS month.. 10 pounds... thats all i need.. 2.5 lbs at least to loose a week..
I cant wait to see what I look like 10 pounds lighter.. So far... my back boobies are almost gone!! I put on my old bikini and it didnt look half bad. So looks like i will be beach ready very soon!!!! I cant wait to post pictures.. maybe i might even do it in a bikini!!!
