Well, I got up and did the Day 2 video. I am crunched for time this week, so I decided to do my cardio along with my dentist appointment. I am not talking about being so scared that my heartrate goes up at the dentist! I am going to walk to my morning appointment. My dentist is 3/4 of a mile away. So I'll walk there and walk back, and that should be about 30 minutes of cardio give or take a bit. I'll time it to make sure.
My thighs are so sore from yesterday's 10 minute video and I am sure they'll be sore from todays again since it was a lower body workout. I cant believe I let myself go so badly!! UGH.
I also went way over my calories and fats and carbs and everything bad yesterday. I am feeling it today. I need to drink plenty of water and wash out all the sodium from yesterday. I need to work out an Arby's meal I can have that wont break the calorie bank. I like Subway, but I am getting sick of them. I think I'll start by leaving any and all cheese off the sandwiches, going easy on the horsey sauce, and not order fries at all. I need to look into their salads and see what they have for a nice vegie side.
Tonight I am cooking at home. I already have it planned out. Going to make a nice whole wheat pasta dish with lots of thin sliced summer and zuchini, add some garlic, olive oil and lemon and call it dinner! I'll probably make another side of whatever vegie is on sale. My family had their annual "Baconfest" on Sunday. Yes, it's as bad as it sounds. My husband over did it and needs to clean out his system a bit.
Ok, gotta run. The shower is calling. I have to leave for the dentist in less than an hour to make sure I get my cardio in today!
Today...better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow!
