Just curious as to how many of my running friends might get depressed a day or two after their long runs. I am beginning to notice a pattern that on runs 10+ about two day afterwards I get in this funk. At first I thought it might be food and rest but I made sure this last time to get plenty of rest and eat the right foods, but still I am in this funk today. I know it will pass, guess just want to know its not just me and maybe some ways (if possible) to avoid it in the future.
