5k Wk 1 day 3

So today I will do the final day of week 1 a little delayed because of this weekend ski trip, I had planned to run yesterday but my thighs were still aching from all the skiing at the weekend so I made Monday an early rest day.
But today I HAVE to get back to the plan because ......
I have just entered my first 5k race...
It is in Zurich on the 22nd of May from this sunday I have exactly 7 weeks left to get my training plan in - it actually perfect timing I am effectively about 5 days in advance of where I need to be so I have a little room to repeat a few days if need be on the more difficult weeks.
Wish me luck I think I will need it !
