I wanted to work out this morning before breakfast like I do every morning, but I don't know if I am just burnt out or just needed a break today...So, I changed my plan and did my errands.. and told myself I would work out later...
Then during the afternoon I started getting really hungry and I kept chewing gum and drinking water, but the hunger wouldn't go away so I just had a 100 calorie sweet/salty snack...which kinda helped. I did notice and I reminded myself that I wasn't really "hungry" I was just bored...so I waited and then I decided to work out around 8pm or so...
Today was just odd for me as I normally have the energy and motivation to workout in the morning as that is the best time for me to do it (especially since I am not working)...and I just didn't have it in me..hopefully I will get my groove back tomorrow.
