Wow ok so its been a while since i've posted one of these things.
Currently I'm stuck between 245 and 252 lbs. I got down to 243.6 once in the last month. I just bought Just dance 2 for the Wii and Jillian Michael's 30 day shred so i'm gonna add those into my workout routine as well as trying to get back into the gym 3-5 days a week to hit the elliptical or treadmill for 2 miles or more. i spend 1.5 hrs a day at the gym when i go. My husband and I both started using a site called Loseit.com that allows me to log all my food and exercise into my Ipod touch instead of my having to be a computer all the time plus i can use this site whether i have internet access or not to track my intake. So i'm very happy with it.
I've lost 24.4 lbs since july 2010. I'm still struggling to make the best decisions but am slowly working out all the little kinks in my plans. my goal right now is to get to 230 originally by next month which is my husband's 30th bday but it doesn't look like i'm gonna hit that goal so i may stretch it out to my son's 7th bday which is june 25th.
according to my lose it plan which is to lose 2 lbs a week if i hit my goal every week i should lose 100 lbs by december 19th 2011. One can only hope that happens. If it does i'll be down to 175 lbs by the end of this year. which would mean i would be the lowest i've been since i married my husband almost 9 years ago. I can't wait to see where i'll be when we hit our 9 year anniversary. when i married my husband in 2002 i weighed around 200 lbs. when i met him in april 1999 i weighed 150 and thats where i'm aiming to get back to.
