28 Day Bootcamp Challenge ~ day 1

Not so I can see some physical results in 4 weeks, but because I am hoping to get consistent with my exercise again. And by "consistent" I mean, actually start working out again. So, I joined the team to get a little accountability.

Today I have tracked breakfast and lunch. That's a first for about 3 months. I also did video 1 of the 7day Bootcamp series. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be....or maybe I am worse shape than I thought I was. LOL I also shared my goal for the bootcamp on the team boards...and stated it again above.

So, here we go. I'll try and make 5 minutes everyday to just come and post my progress if nothing else.

    I loved the Bootcamp. Because of it I now walk every single day. It is a great way to start some good habits. Hope you get soemthing good out of it.

    Good for you! It's way too easy to get off track, and we sometimes need these challenges to get back our mojo. GO GO GO! You can do it~!
