28 Day Bootcamp Challenge ~ day 1

Not so I can see some physical results in 4 weeks, but because I am hoping to get consistent with my exercise again. And by "consistent" I mean, actually start working out again. So, I joined the team to get a little accountability.
Today I have tracked breakfast and lunch. That's a first for about 3 months. I also did video 1 of the 7day Bootcamp series. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be....or maybe I am worse shape than I thought I was. LOL I also shared my goal for the bootcamp on the team boards...and stated it again above.
So, here we go. I'll try and make 5 minutes everyday to just come and post my progress if nothing else.
