AWESOME! I started doing aerobics in the pool this week. What a difference in exercise! When I walk in the water (not ON the water, LOL) I work a lot of muscles without a huge impact on my knees. I can feel the difference in all of my muscles. Treading water is quite a workout too! This week is warm, but there are supposed to be showers everyday... guess I'll have to dodge the storms. I'm determined to get at least 15 minutes in each day. My younger sister joined me yesterday. Hopefully, she will continue to workout with me. That would be great! Then, I have one more sister who REALLY needs to get in there with us, but she isn't convinced enough... YET. For now, my focus has to be on getting myself on track.
