As expected, this was a tough workout.
15 minutes of brutal warm up and stretching, twenty minutes of intense cardio, 5 minutes of cooldown.
It was insane, all right. 40 minutes of GO-GO-GO cardio.
Can *you* do burpees to exhaustion? I cannot.
I did as many as I could with good form, took short breaks (10 seconds or less) and modified when I couldn't keep good form any more. That was what I did for a whole lot of the actual Plyo routines. Football drills, basketball drills. Fun stuff, but exhausting.
At least I held my own during the warm up! :)
So, Insanity Day 2 is DONE.
Just 58 Insane workout days to go.
