B: P&F - 2 eggs, Enliven yogurt w/peaches
S: F: Large orange
L: Turkey chili
D: Sesame Seed Tilapia (in book) w/ zucchini & parm.
S: P- Yogurt
20 minutes exercise-Walked to Sansone
Day 8 (Monday)
B: P&F- Fruit Smoothie, egg
L: Salad with turkey, ff dressing
D: Turkey pattie, veggies
I'm excited because tomorrow I weigh in and see what I lost in 1 week on this diet. The book says between 10-12 pounds in 17 days so I still have time! But I'm pretty sure I'll be almost out of the 180's soon!
