I travelled to Ottawa today where I'll be staying for the next 2 months. I'm really proud of myself because as soon as I finished settling in my hotel suite, I sat down to plan my menu for the next month according to the SP guidelines, wrote my shopping list and went food shopping right away. I had the food delivered and meanwhile went training 45 minutes at the downtown YMCA which is 3 blocks away from my hotel!
I've already prepared my exercise material and clothing for tomorrow morning so that 1st thing (actually 2nd after my coffee so I'm awake LOL ) I do when I get up is exercise for 30 minutes. My lunch, dinner and 2 snacks for tomorrow are ready for tomorrow ( I work 12 hours a day starting at 11:00 a,m until 11:00 p.m.). That will be my basic routine for 6 days a week, on my day off it'll be washing and food shopping and a YMCA workout.
Thanks for keeping in touch and for the lovely messages you keep sending me. I read them all and it motivates me to improve myself physically as well as mentally and emotionally. Take care and have a great time doing it !
