After getting almost 5 inches of snow yesterday, I wasn't so sure that I'd be getting out to wog today...but that's the beauty of Spring Snow -- here today, gone tomorrow! I can't believe it all melted!
It was still freezing though -- wore my long pants, long running shirt, gloves and my fluffy blue sparkly hat.
Intervals this week are 3 minutes walking/1.5 minutes jogging. 6 reps total today.

Time - 27:14
Distance - 2.00 miles
Average Pace - 13:35 min/mile
At first the added 30 seconds to the jogging interval seemed tough, but once I got my belly breathing going it actually went pretty well!
And I remembered to stretch after the wog...but like 2 hours afterward. Better late than never :)
