This last few weeks spring has been uncertain and unpredictable here in the midwest, 70 one day 30's the next and snow. It's ok we're used to it, all over the nation this winter the weather has been very unusual, and it's not over yet.
When the weather was warm I was so very happy I was running around in shorts :) then a very unpleasant thing happened. Somehow in my usual uncoordinated fashion, I've managed to get poison ivy blisters behind my legs from mid-calf halfway up the back of my leg. I really don't know how this happened I don't remember sitting in the bushes, grass or anything of the like. Guess I picked it up off a lawn chair or something.
Does anyone know how to dry these up? (other than going to Dr, which am not going to do) I've tried rubbing alcohol & salt, not very plesant but it stops the itch, it's not drying up, but it's not spreading either. It's yucky leaking, just want it to dry up...
Any suggestions would sure be appreciated...thnkx, Lisa
