Up a little - darn you fried pickels!! But i know I am still losing. I feel positively svelte - well just less lumpy anyway!

Going to stick with the plan today and see how i go.

Feel bad that I had to say no when my 6 year old brought me a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I told her she could have it for me.

I need coffee.

Argg - screwed up a bit today but kept track of everything in the nutritional tracker so i can be honest. Did 700 calories by taking a bite here and there when fixing dinner for the family - a bite of 2% cheese, a bite of watermellon, about 5 grapes, part of a organic energy bar from costco.Not even really hungry for it, it was just an old compulsion I did not squash. On a typical diet - i know that does not add up to much - but I know the fruits are high in sugar, the fats supposed to be avoided at all costs, and the cookie is just way out there - I am expecting a stall of a day or two - which sucks since I was doing really well.

Going to go soak in the tub and forgive myself and get back with it tomorrow.
