It's OK if you need to stop to let something process along the way. If you don't get through in 28 days, what's the problem. It's taken me two years. I'm not the kind of person who can just push through and read it. Sometimes, I have to stop to let something sink in or to think about what I have read. The important thing is to stick with it. Keep going back.
On the other hand, many people find it helpful to read through the whole thing and then go through parts of it again more slowly. 2014 days ago
I love The Spark book! I actually bought it after I reviewed the site. I did finish it in less than a week. But I was so encouraged by the new look at achieving health versus dieting that I read it every night. I also love the idea of incorporating small goals instead of the all or nothing approach.
I still go back and flip through the people's stories - it give me hope that one day I can be one of them.
