Hi sparkers. Well, I'm on the move again, down 1.7 from yesterday, for 41 down. I'm so excited I can't tell you. I ate just 1230 calories yesterday, and wasn't hungry, plus got good exercise. I know this momentum won't last forever, but I'm trying to capitalize on it while I have it now. My nutritionist told me to keep it "new"--follow a plan while it works for you, and when it stops working, try something new.
My new goal is to reach 255, hopefully by the end of April, if not before. I'm at 268.1 right now. I'm just so happy to be out of the eternal 270s, for good.
