Virtual 5K challenge

Woo Hoo, I finished my virtual 5K challenge today, I walked 3.12 miles in 74 minutes, which sure isnt great, but I am pretty happy, just finishing it is good for me.
I weighed in this morning and I finally went up 1 pound, I have been flirting with it for several months, a couple ounces every week, I have been kidding myself about how much I eat, I just don't bother to put down all those dates, cookies, or whatever, that I put in my mouth thinking that does not amount to much, or, I will add it later. I guess later has come, because I have known this day was coming, and so for 2 days, I have kept track of everything I ate, now to continue, I know I can, I did before, and that is how I lost my weight, and got almost to my goal weight, actually I think I got there one time, and then I went on that cruise, and have been 1 pound over for about 6 months, well now gang, it is 2 pounds over, and guarantee by April 30, I will be back down to 118, I do not want to weight less, but for sure not more.

    Congratulations on the 5K. As long as you are happy with your results, that is all the counts. I think you did well. As far as the extra pound, I guess, if we don't count all that we eat, it can show up at some time. I know that you WILL be able to release the 2 pounds. You are motivated and have done a fantastic job on your journey and you will do it.
