Today I had such a hard workout and at one point wasn't sure I was going to make it. However, I pushed through and felt so GREAT afterwards :) After my workout, I had an appointment to get a blowout and that made me feel pretty so all in all, not a bad day :)

I'm trying to not "go for the carbs" but since I have been 'thinking' about it, it seems I want them even more! Not sure how to curb thing but hoping time will be my friend here. Just focusing on reducing the amount of carbs each day and making that my success story :)

Hope everyone is having a successful day and remember if you fell off the wagon, that's okay... tomorrow is another day!

    I am not sure but I feel carbs have something in them to make to crave them...LOL
